Shine Yoga & Pilates is joining forces with Sound Bath Kent and Emma Churchill to bring you another wonderful Summer Yoga Day Escape. This popular annual event is a wonderful opportunity to switch off for the day to restore and revitalise the mind & body, and to replenish the soul 🌻
Set in Nurstead Court’s marquee surrounded by the Meopham countryside, you’ll look out over lush green pastures where horses graze as you practise yoga, stroll through fields and woodland on a silent meditation walk and be soothed by the delightful healing sounds of gongs, Quartz Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes and other therapeutic percussion
Included in the cost are two complementary physical yoga practices - Yang & Restorative Yin, Sound Bath by Sound Bath Kent, Meditation Walk, and a short mindful art-based workshop. And there’s CAKE!
Lunch is not included – bring your own to eat on the lawn (weather permitting).

9.45am Arrival for 10.00am start
10.00-11.30am Yang Yoga - Gentle Hatha Flow
11.30-12.15pm Brunch (bring your own)
12.15-1.00pm Silent meditation walk
1.00-2.30pm Restorative/Yin Yoga
2.30-3pm Tea and cake (provided by us)
3-4pm Art/craft workshop
4-5pm Sound Bath
