Summer Yin Yoga with Myo-Fascial Release & Sound Healing
Experience a Summer yin yoga sequence to stimulate the Heart and Small intestine Meridians and release stagnant energy and boost vitality. This cooling and balancing yin practice with optional myofascial release will help release tensions from the spine, legs & hips and support overall wellbeing.
In our long held yin shapes, we have the option to self-apply myofascial release with use of a massage ball to help unravel and dissolve stiffness, tightness and tensions in the body whilst improving the hydration and circulation of our fascial tissues.
We end practice with a deeply restful guided relaxation in supported Savasana accompanied by the soft, soothing & relaxing sounds of crystal & brass singing bowls, gongs & Koshi chimes.
The practice promotes presence, slowing down and turning inwards to explore the deeper layers of your inner landscape. It is an antidote for those who experience stress, anxiety, burnout and fatigue. Your yin practice supports nervous system regulation and will leave you feeling grounded, replenished and relaxed.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, massage balls & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival from 12:45pm.
