We're so excited for our next workshop with @didsburyartsfestival on Sunday 5th July

As usual we'll start with a gentle yoga session led by Sue. We'll break for hot drinks and cake before starting our craft project! This time we will be sewing an aromatherapy eye mask which will be used in our closing relaxation session. ��
All abilities and food intolerances can be catered for - we want you to enjoy your afternoon with us!

We have done this craft before so if you missed it the first time, it's a great chance to join us or you can make it again in a different fabric.��

The venue is @nuffieldhealthdidsbury near the Parrswood Cinema. There's plenty of parking and we've got a beautiful private studio space!
