Summer Wellness Check-in

The vibe will appeal to your senses, and our goal is to enable a space to make everyone feel a sense of community and comfort. We want to merge art and wellness to enable middle ground and encourage connection, as well as communication.

The event will consist of the following:

• Centering/Grounding exercises
• Breathing exercises
• Discussions aligned with the theme of alignment & reconnecting with your authentic self.
• Quotes of affirmations (flashcards)
• Interactive art (a list of prompts and what resonates with you will be available)
• Closing remarks (Affirmations. Connections. Comments. Group picture)
