Havdalah Yoga

Join 2239 during an inspiring and relaxing yoga practice. After class, catch up with old friends or meet your new besties as we enjoy light refreshments and start the new week together with joy.

Class is open to everyone of all levels and will be taught by WHC's amazing Stephanie Tankel.

Stephanie became a certified yoga and meditation instructor in 2016. She loves meshing the ancient traditions of Judaism and yoga, believing they have far more in common than most see on the surface. Her “day job” is Director of Lifelong Learning at WHC. When not practicing yoga or work, Stephanie loves walking anywhere, binging shows, or accidentally spending too much time sucked into the vortex of social media (strong preference for nature/animal videos)! She lives with her husband, a rescued mutt, and their three kids in NW DC.

Expect a beautifully blended class of yoga + Judaism. Can't wait to see you there!
