Join St. Mary Anne's Episcopal, North East Methodist, and Bethel Lutheran on "The Green" for a special Summer Vespers Service. What is Vespers? It's a fancy word for evening prayer. So come on out, and enjoy a night of prayer, scripture, and song - with special musical offerings from all three congregations and a band to lead in more casual songs. Bring a canned good for our local food pantries, a chair, and a beverage to enjoy the evening.
MONUMENTAL THANK YOU to Robert Crouch of Crouch Funeral Home! The Green is his private property right there in town and it's through his generosity of spirit that we are able to hold the event. We are so grateful, and hand-in-hand with that is a thank you to the Town of North East for permit approvals and squaring away everything we needed to do administratively to put the event on.
