Summer Sunshine Kits Service Project

For our July service project, KindCraft will be assembling Summer Sunshine Kits for our homeless neighbors. Bishop Sullivan Center is a nonprofit social service organization based in Kansas City, Missouri. It provides essential assistance to low-income and homeless residents through food support, utility aid, employment help, and community-building initiatives.
Bishop Sullivan Center serves hundreds of people daily and shared that these “Sunshine Kits” are a much-needed and meaningful way to care for neighbors experiencing homelessness this summer. Kits will include essentials like shampoo & conditioner, deodorant, toothbrushes & toothpaste, cooling towels, body wipes, soap, lotion, combs, sunscreen, and granola bars.
