Pilates on a float board for this special summer sizzler! Come enjoy the sun and work on your core and functional fitness while lying on a large firm mat floating on the water.
We are offering two class options on Thursday, July 16 at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Swimsuits are required; limit of 10 participants.
