Join me as we honor the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a powerful time for reflection, gratitude, growth, and renewal.
Through gentle movement, guided meditation, self-reflection exercises, and intention setting, we will celebrate the light within ourselves while welcoming the energy of the season ahead. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us and create space for the intentions, dreams, and possibilities we wish to cultivate moving forward.
