Summer Solstice Yoga

Join us for Summer Solstice Yoga in the Park at 5:30 AM and welcome the longest day of the year with intention, movement, and community. This special outdoor session is a cash donation event supporting our beloved off-leash dog park in Liberty. Practicing yoga on the Summer Solstice—a time of light, growth, and renewal—helps align the mind, body, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the earth. It’s a powerful way to energize your body, clear your mind, and set intentions for the season ahead. All levels are welcome—bring a mat, a friend, and your sunrise spirit!
