At 58 years old, Patti Stark, the owner of @serenityonthesquare , is a Reiki Master, meditation expert, yoga instructor, Sanskrit mantra facilitator and sound bath practitioner. In her 26 years of guiding clients in holistic wellness, Patti is passionate about helping people experience greater peace, clarity and well-being through transformative mind-body-spirit practices.
At 29 years old, Rylie Kalb, the owner of @healwithrylie is a Reiki I & II practitioner, 200-hour certified yoga teacher and intuitive guide. She specializes in guiding women through life transitions, like grief, relationship and career changes, by establishing a strong relationship with themselves, movement and connection to the divine.
