Summer Solstice Yoga

Join Ayurveda-inspired Yoga Instructor Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, for an all levels summer solstice yoga practice outdoors at our beautiful Hines Hill Campus.

Take in the fiery solar energy of the sun to energize you for this summer as you wind down during the longest day of the year. Embrace the outdoors while in a covered space, listen to the breeze through the trees and breathe in the warm scents of summer. Enjoy a dosha-balancing cooling practice using all your senses to embrace the moment.

Enjoy refreshments following yoga while socializing with your kula (yoga community).
