Summer Solstice Yoga: 108 Sun Salutations

The longest day of the year calls for a little something special! Join us on the mat as we celebrate the Summer Solstice together with 108 Sun Salutations.
In yoga tradition, the number 108 is considered sacred, and Sun Salutations are a way of honoring the sun and the energy it brings into our lives. The Summer Solstice is the peak of that solar energy. It's the day the sun is at its highest and brightest, making it the perfect time to move our bodies in gratitude and celebration of the light, both around us and within us.
We'll take breaks, we'll breathe, and we'll move at a pace that feels good for your body. There's absolutely zero pressure to complete all 108 - this is about showing up, being together, and feeling good in your body. That's it!
All levels are welcome, and we would love to have you there. Come celebrate the season with us! ☀️ Led by Liv and Christina.
