The Summer Solstice is the longest, brightest day of the year. It marks the midpoint of the calendar, the peak of solar energy, and a powerful moment to pause, recalibrate, and set a vision for what you want the second half of your year to feel like.

Join us for a soulful half-day retreat designed to slow you down, reconnect you with your body, and help you anchor your intentions into a tangible vision board journal you’ll carry home with you.

What’s included:

Movement & Breath. A grounding yoga and breathwork flow to release stored tension and open your energy for what’s next.

Vision Board Journaling. This year, we’re going deeper than traditional journaling. You’ll create a vision board journal, a guided practice that blends visual manifestation with reflective writing, so you leave with both an image and a story for the months ahead.

Nourishing Lunch. A thoughtfully prepared, plant-forward meal to refuel and connect with the people in the room before we drop into deeper stillness.

Sound Bath. Lie back as crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies wash through you, integrating everything you’ve moved, written, and envisioned.

Tea Ceremony. We close in stillness with a sacred tea ceremony, sealing in your intentions and the energy of the day.

Gift Bag. You’ll leave with a curated gift bag of goodies to extend the solstice magic well beyond the retreat.

🧥 This is an outdoor event please dress in weather-appropriate clothing and bring layers for comfort. We'll be spending the day outside, connecting with pnature and the energy of the Solstice.

🌿 We will have a limited number of mats, blankets, and bolsters available if needed.
