Together we’ll flow to the sound of the waves, feel the warmth of the sun on our skin, and create space to breathe, move, and reconnect. Through this yoga practice, I’ll guide you towards greater strength, freedom, mobility and ease, helping you find a little more stillness in the mind as together we navigate our way out of our heads and into our hearts. 💗
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, you’re so welcome.
