It’s also a powerful moment for gratitude and presence. Ancient traditions honoured this day as a celebration of life itself; reminding us that joy, connection and simply being here is sacred. From here, the days slowly begin to shorten again; so the solstice gently whispers: don’t wait. Soak it in. Be here. Feel it all!
