We’re sooo excited to announce our Silent Yoga anniversary and 10th International Yoga Day… on the beach! 🏖️Join us as we come together to celebrate a day full of unity, movement, joy, and connection—this time with even more energy, sparkle, and smiles.
Last year, we made history with the UK’s largest beach yoga class with headphones, as 800 of you showed up. This year, we’re going for 1,000 yogis—because that’s how many silent disco headphones we’ve got! Let’s break the record again and make some magic together.
✨ Expect good vibes, dance breaks, and a whole lot of fun! ✨
We'll be flowing and dancing with silent disco headphones, switching between 3 music channels thanks to the incredible team at Shush Events, who always deliver the perfect soundtrack.
Need a drink or a snack? Sobo Beach Café is right there, ready to fuel your beachside fun as we celebrate the summer solstice like never before.
So grab your sparkly summer outfits, swimsuits (!), and most importantly- your family and friends!
This is a day for everyone, no matter the age or yoga experience.
💛 This is a FREE event, as always—because we believe Yoga Day should be for everyone. We kindly ask for a donation and ALL proceeds are going to support a chosen charity.

Bring your own mat or beach towel, and arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you set up.
