Welcome the energy of summer with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice at beautiful Finley Farms, alongside the gently rolling Finley River.
Led by Leslie Smith, E-RYT 200 and certified transformational coach, you will move with the rhythm of your breath, awaken your body, and open your heart as you align with the sun’s rising energy and the natural cycles of the season.
The session will close with a 10-minute mindfulness practice, inviting presence, clarity, and intention to carry into your summer.
