Summer Solstice Sound Bath | Friday June 19 @ 7:30pm

Enter your weekend grounded, recharged, and connected to yourself. This is a space to slow down, reset your energy, and reconnect under the vibrant energy of the Summer Solstice.

This experience supports you in moving out of stress mode and into steadiness. Through a brief guided meditation and layered sound frequencies + Holy Fire Reiki, you’ll have space to quiet mental noise, release built-up tension, and restore balance in a calm, supportive environment.

You’ll be guided into a calm, receptive state to settle the mind, ground the body, and regulate the nervous system.

As you rest comfortably, grounding sound frequencies will move throughout the space while Reiki energy is woven throughout the session.

The sound journey will include frosted crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other complementary instruments as intuitively guided.

Crystal singing bowls create sustained, pure tones that gently support each energy center, while the gong’s deep vibrations help move stagnant energy and encourage energetic release. Combined with Reiki energy, this layered experience helps calm the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for clarity, renewal, and reconnection.

You’ll be gently guided back so you leave feeling steady, clear, grounded, and recharged.

Doors will open at 7:00 pm so you have time to settle in, pull a card, get comfortable, and ease into the evening before we begin.

No prior experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

The event is at The Swell Center, 1955 W. State Road 426, Oviedo, FL 32765. You will see a big sign that says "The West Yard" where you turn in.

Please arrive on time to help maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted environment once the session begins. Doors will close at 7:29 PM.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow for your head
• Bolster or extra pillow for under your knees (you will thank me later!)
• Eye pillow or eye mask (optional & highly recommend)

Ashley is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Sound Healing Practitioner.
