In honor of Father’s Day, we gather to explore Yang energy, the active, supportive, and protective force within us all.
In traditional philosophy, Yang represents the masculine energy, the part of us that creates structure, holds boundaries, and brings a sense of stability and direction.
Through breath, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be invited to:
