Summer Solstice Shake

A community offering to bring in the Summer. We will combine stillness, guided movement, and ecstatic dance to connect, release, and rejoice - in ourselves and each other.

Lia is a community activist and artist living in Cleveland, OH. With a background in gender and sexuality, birth work, and family support, she has walked hand in hand with folks as they move through life’s many transitions. With empathy and intuition, Lia uses this expertise to invite others to return home to themselves by holding space for the reunion of spirit, mind, body, and emotion.
