Summer Solstice Celebration

Join us for a serene celebration of the summer solstice a time of abundance, vitality, and finding connection to the Earth's rhythms.
We will begin with a gentle all levels yoga flow creating space in the body and mind. Followed by a relaxing frequencies of a soundbath concluding just in time to enjoy the sunset at lake.

We'll have fresh brewed sun tea & fruit for after but feel free to bring anything you'd like to share. (Please label all foods containing allergens)

Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected- to Self, to nature’s rhythms, and the light of the summer season.

What to Bring:

• Yoga Mat/Blanket
• Any yoga props that'd make you comfortablw. (Blocks, bolster)
• Water Bottle
