Join us for a serene celebration of the summer solstice a time of abundance, vitality, and finding connection to the Earth's rhythms.
We will begin with a gentle all levels yoga flow creating space in the body and mind. Followed by a relaxing frequencies of a soundbath concluding just in time to enjoy the sunset at lake.
We'll have fresh brewed sun tea & fruit for after but feel free to bring anything you'd like to share. (Please label all foods containing allergens)
Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected to Self, nature’s rhythms, and the light of the summer season.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat/Blanket
- Any yoga props that'd make you comfortablw. (Blocks, bolster)
- Water Bottle
- Optional: Snacks/Beverages to share
