Summer Solstice Retreat Barcelona - 2-day non residential

Join us for a two-day immersive journey of embodiment, connection, movement, presence, and expansion in the beautiful hills of the Garraf Natural Park.

20th & 21st June, at the stunning Manor House, Almiral de la Font, Garraf National Park. 30 min drive from Barcelona. A weekend of movement, embodiment, connection, nervous system restoration, spirituality, and soulful community.
Across two spacious and powerful days, we will weave together practices designed to support nervous system regulation, openness, authentic expression, and deeper states of awareness and connection.
