Join for a fun, experiential, guided group event with a wide variety of simple & powerful meditative practices outdoors, & optional cold plunge!

• Cold Plunge (Deliberate Cold Exposure)

*All parts are optional. Many folks shift to an indoor location or hang out at the beach for coffee/tea and socialize afterwards.

This is our general guided practice structure for the morning, Join in any or all parts of it. Bring any items you may need, like a towel, bathing suit, warm clothes, mat to lye down on, chair, etc.

If you plan to do the cold plunge, please bring a towel or two, a bathing suit, a change of warm clothes, gloves, beanie, warm socks, sandals/aqua socks for rocks, etc. and whatever else you may need to reheat yourself up after.

Fees help us cover the costs of the meetup, our time for preparation, helps us reach new people and it helps to create more and more unique events throughout the community for people to benefit from. We put our hearts fully into this; money helps us expand this group's impact, and helps to support ourselves financially, as teaching meditation, breathwork, holistic health and longevity is our sole livelihood. David is available for Individual, Couples, & Group Meditation/Mindfulness/Breathwork Guided Sessions, as well as Organizational Wellness Programming for all types of professions.
