Summer Solstice Community Gathering & Bonfire Ceremony

Join us as we gather in community to celebrate the Summer Solstice: a time of abundance, connection, reflection, and intention.
Together we will honor the longest day of the year through ceremony, nature connection, storytelling, music, creativity, and community around the fire.
Evening Flow:
Arrival: 6:30 PM
Opening Circle: 7:00 PM
What to Bring:
• A snack or treat to share for our community potluck (please keep our vegetarian and vegan friends in mind)
• Reusable containers and serving ware whenever possible as we practice mindful stewardship of the Earth
• Your own comfortable chair, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and nourished
• Musical instruments, drums, rattles, or other sound-making tools if you feel called to share them during our community celebration
• An open heart and a willingness to connect
Rain or Shine
If the weather allows, we will gather outdoors, collect our intention offerings from the land, and enjoy a bonfire beneath the stars. Should the weather not cooperate, we will move our ceremony indoors and create our sacred circle together there.
7:00 PM – Welcome & Opening Circle
Gather as a community, ground ourselves, and set the tone for the evening.
7:30 PM – Intention Offering & Forest Connection
We will spend time in nature, practicing mindful connection with the land. Participants will be invited to find a fallen stick that calls to them from the forest—an offering that will become part of our communal fire.
8:00 PM – Fire Ceremony, Meditation & Intention Setting
Together we will light the fire using our gathered offerings. Through meditation, reflection, and intention setting, we will explore how we wish to nourish ourselves through the coming months. Storytelling may also weave its way into our circle.
9:00 PM – Community Sharing & Celebration
An open invitation to share your gifts or simply enjoy the gifts of others. Music, drumming, song, dance, stories, art, poetry, treats, passions, and spontaneous expressions are all welcome. If you play an instrument, feel free to bring it along and contribute to the magic of the evening.
11:00 PM – Closing Circle: We will gather one final time to honor the evening, express gratitude, and close our ceremony together.
