We are back for the third year with my Summer Solstice Circle at Apna Park!

This is a perfect way to celebrate the longest day of the year! For the first hour we will practice Breathwork, Hatha style yoga & Meditation while the sun is setting. We will then journal, connect and walk to Seapoint after for a swim under the full moon and stars. (swim optional of course)
Its open to everyone even if you are new to yoga :)
Location details:
Meeting at Apna Park, Dún Laoghaire - the nearest dart station is Monkstown (4 min walk) and it's a 5 min walk from Seapoint.
What to bring:
- yoga mat/towel
- journal & pen
- water
- swimming togs, if you fancy a dip
- an open mind & heart
