This Sunday 29th March (and once per month until June!) I'm hosting a Forest 'Walkshop' for Mamas in the Dublin Mountains - and there are still a few spots left.
If you need to get off the hamster wheel of modern motherhood and into the forest to pause and B R E A T H E... this is for you.
It's not about productivity or fixing anything. But it's also more than just a walk in the forest (the hint is in the name!) - this is a walking workshop full of gentle nudges, tools and little gems to help you rediscover parts of yourself that may have gotten a little lost along the way through motherhood.
