Join us in honoring the longest day of the year with an intentional morning of movement, manifestation, and meaningful connection. This two-hour Summer Solstice workshop is designed to help you tap into the radiant energy of the season and align with your best vision of yourself.

We'll begin with a grounding yoga flow to salute the sun and connect breath to body. Then, enjoy a calming soundbath, dip in the pool, and craft a personal vision board to capture your intentions and dreams.

Come solo or bring a friend—this is your time to realign, reset, and celebrate the light within and around you.
