Beach Day & Baptism Celebration ☀️🌊
Join us for our annual Beach Day & Baptism—a joyful time of fellowship, celebration, and making memories together as a church family! We’ll gather at the Dolphin Pavilion at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park, a beautiful coastal park known for its scenic beachfront, nature trails, and relaxing outdoor spaces. The pavilion is equipped with A/C for comfort, and we encourage everyone to bring beach gear for an afternoon of fun in the sun.
The church will provide hot dogs and lemonade, and we invite you to bring a side dish to share if you’re able. This special day falls just before Father’s Day, making it a perfect opportunity to celebrate the dads in our lives while enjoying community together. After we eat and fellowship, we’ll head down to the beach to celebrate baptisms—witnessing lives transformed as individuals publicly declare their faith in Jesus, leaving the old behind and stepping into new life.
Arrive around 3PM with your beach gear, get your favorite beach spot, enjoy the feast at 5:00 PM, and Beach Baptisms will occur at 6:00 PM.
Access to the park is free for all those attending the event, just mention "Journey Church" at the gate.
