✨ Summer Solstice: A Pause in Stillness ✨The Summer Solstice offers a quiet invitation to pause, step away from the momentum of everyday life, and listen inwardly.
This gentle full-day experience, created by Innerevolution & Jay's Rays, is a space to slow down, feel into your emotional landscape, and give yourself permission to rest, reflect, and integrate.
Through practices designed to honour your inner rhythm, you’ll be guided to:
🌿 Experience the supportive energy of Reiki and crystals for relaxation and balance
🌿 Connect with your emotions through journalling and reflection
🌿 Listen to your body and energy with gentle movement and body awareness
🌿 Settle the nervous system in meditation and sound baths
🌿 Integrate insights and quiet experiences into your day
Rather than adding more, this is a day to soften, pause, and meet yourself with curiosity and care. As the sun stands still before its gentle turn, we gather in stillness to create space for clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
✨ Think of it as a day to step out of doing and into listening...a quiet reset at the height of summer for anyone feeling the call to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
