🧘 Why 108?
In yoga tradition, the number 108 holds sacred significance. It represents spiritual completion, the connection between the individual and the universe, and the 108 energy lines (nadis) that converge to form the heart chakra. Moving through 108 salutations becomes less about the physical workout and more about a moving meditation that builds collective heat, focus, and resilience.
What to Expect:
- Guided Pace: The workshop will be broken down into manageable sets with built-in moments for rest, child’s pose, and hydration.
- Modifications for All: You do not have to be an advanced yogi. We will provide plenty of variations to honor your body's needs.
- Deep Relaxation: We will conclude with a extended, grounding Savasana and a brief meditation to seal your practice.
