Summer Series: Free Yoga at Green Hill Park

Join us for an evening yoga flow under the open sky at one of Worcester’s most beautiful parks. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, Park Yoga is a space to move, breathe, and connect—with your body, your breath, and your community.
We meet every Wednesday throughout the summer! So come once, or make it part of your weekly rhythm.
This is a free community offering, but registration is required so we can keep you updated.
Just bring a mat or towel, water, and an open heart. Everyone is welcome!
We’ll be meeting at the grassy circle-like area to the right of the Vietnam Veteran Memorial (the pond one). Look for the yoga mats and friendly faces!
