Set sail for a magical morning of movement and imagination! Join us for a Pirate & Mermaid Yoga & Art adventure where little explorers will stretch, breathe, and play their way through a tropical treasure hunt. We'll practice fun yoga poses, sing songs, play mindful movement games, and discover hidden treasures along the way. After our yoga adventure, each child will create an art project to take home. This class is the perfect blend of movement, creativity, and mindfulness for preschoolers!
