London is warming up… and we’re turning up the heat on the dancefloor. As the city heats up, we keep the fire burning into the late afternoon and evening with a summer session built to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Finish your day and step into a full vibe, burn calories, dance freely, and move to the hottest Dancehall, Soca, and Afrobeats sounds.

• Dancehall Heat – Dancehall HIIT meets authentic Dancehall steps. Sweat it out to Vybz Kartel, Beenie Man and more. Led by Ebony (Island Vibes), learn fresh moves while you get LIT on the dancefloor.
  

• Soca Blaze –Carnival energy indoors. Whine, move, and sweat to Machel Montano, Skinny Fabulous and more. Led by Krystle, bring full Soca freedom and energy.
  
• Afrobeat Blast – Uplifting Afrobeats from Burna Boy, Davido and more. Led by Kwaku. simple, fire choreography to keep you moving.

Our instructors bring fun, easy-to-follow moves for all levels, you’ll leave energised, confident, and amazing.
