I want to invite you into something gentle, something soft and something you may not even realise you’ve been needing.

If you're going through a health challenge at the moment, whether your navigating fibroids, PMOS (PCOS), Endo or Edo this is your space to breathe.

I’m hosting a women’s circle. A quiet, intentional space where you don’t have to have the answers, where you don’t have to hold everything together, and where you can simply be.

This is a space for you if you’ve been feeling:
tired, overwhelmed, emotional or just a little disconnected from yourself.

There’s no pressure to share.
No expectation to perform.
No need to explain your whole story.

Just come as you are.

We’ll sit together, slow down, and create space for honesty, reflection, and sisterhood. A space where you can be seen, heard, and held. Whether you speak or simply listen.

If you’ve been craving deeper connection, softer moments, and a reminder that you’re not alone… this is your invitation.

Each month we will have a different intentions or theme:

June - Intention Setting, Manifesting and Healing (charging our body from the moon's energy). This is going to be a VIRTUAL circle.

July - Focusing on our journey to better health and relationship with our body. This is going to be a VIRTUAL circle.
