Join @robyn.yoga and I for our first Outdoor Event together ... the countdown is ON!!!! Gather at The Bandstand Salthill on THURSDAY 27th JUNE at 7.30 pm for 75 minutes of uplifting yoga, abundance mindset meditation, journal prompts focusing on your life goals, visualising your future, connecting with likeminded people and raising your vibration to begin to ATTRACT better. Setting your intention in a collective group is powerful.
Enjoy a beautiful yoga flow to open your mind, body and soul to attracting in abundance.A gorgeous evening that will leave you feeling upbeat, optimistic, joyful, and ready for more! Sip tea and enjoy healthy, homemade treats in nature, with a beautiful backdrop. Bring a yoga mat, jumper (or blanket), bottle of water, journal and pen.
