Join Kara for this intro to Yin Yoga pop up-the perfect way to recharge and nurture yourself this summer! Allow the body to open with this practice of long held and supported stretches and end with a sweet sound bath.

Shared props are available on a first come, first serve basis and it is suggested that each student use two blocks, a bolster and a blanket.
