Does the thought of standing balance poses make you groan? Do you struggle to find balance in your life? Are you interested in learning more about Yoga Philosophy? Let Erin help you find your balance on and off the mat!This workshop will include a brief lecture outlining Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga while focusing on and practicing three of the limbs: pranayama, asana (poses) and meditation. Our asana practice will include breaking down our Warrior 3, Dancer and Half Moon poses and learning how we can use props to help us find our balance.
