Step into a morning designed to slow the pace, soften the noise, and reconnect you to yourself.

Summer of Stillness is a complimentary luxury wellness experience created by Sabi Haus of Stillness in partnership with the Grand Hyatt Buckhead. This thoughtfully guided class combines mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and cultivate a greater sense of ease.

Together, we will move through a grounding flow that gently awakens the body, improves mobility, and encourages presence, followed by restorative moments that allow the nervous system to settle and reset. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a familiar practice, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This is more than a yoga class. It is an invitation to create space for yourself during the busiest season of the year.

As a guest, you’ll also be entered into a special raffle featuring wellness essentials including a premium yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a Sabi Haus tote bag to support your practice beyond the studio.
