As part of the Glastonbarry Fringe Community Arts Festival for 2026, 3 FREE fantastic events will take place under the Eastern Shelter, Barry Island on May 1st, 2nd and 3rd. On Friday May 1st local band Black Jam Circus will be joined by a few special guests for a quirky live performance - FREE ENTRY FROM 5pm.
On Saturday May 2nd - FROM 11am Bro Radio and Mack Events Presents host their annual talent show - SEARCH FOR A STAR. Followed by an acoustic performance from local duo - The Treble Makers - duo then we will be treated to some of the finest up and coming talents in the Vale of Glamorgan with the GIG READY Showcase featuring local band Smelling salts, and a number of local young live solo performers. There will also be a premier of the documentary filming their progress over the past few months, this event will be hosted by BRO RADIO and is supported by the PLAN FOR NEIGHBOURHOODS PROJECT.
On Sunday May 3rd from 11am - we welcome Always Arianna a tribute to Arianna Grande in the morning, followed by Neil Diamond Tribute - Rough Diamond , local band Trade Street will headline with a few special guest performers still TBA.
