Summer Garden Feast at the Main House

With a love for hosting like ours, we’re so excited to announce our second seasonal garden feast at the Main House.
Our seasonal feasts on the lawn are about celebrating the seasons and enjoying the community we have here. Those living locally, our hotel residents, friends and family with a love for the landscape and an appreciation for the produce it grows throughout the year, and how it inspires the menus across the estate.
Our Summer Garden Feast at the Main House is a special evening where our Coach House Head Chef, Ross Forder, cooks a delicious fire-led feast. It’s hearty and flavoursome, with meat, fish and plenty of summer salads. Each part of the feast has a nod to summer, bringing a fresh take to the season.
The evening is hosted at the Main House, the Georgian home on the estate, out on the croquet lawn. There’s a long feast table and it’s an interactive evening, with our Head Gardener Andrew joining throughout to chat about the gardens. It’s a great way to spend time with friends, come as a group, or come with a loved one and meet new people.
A selection of wines, seasonal cocktails and local ales will be available throughout the evening. For those who’d like to stay, bedrooms can be booked in the characterful Main House.
Please note, if on the day we have rain showers or it is too cold, the event will take place inside the Main House, so you’ll dine indoors in the warmth.
