Summer Gala at Elmhurst Ballet School

WiBA invites you to join us for a fabulous evening of dance at Elmhurst Ballet School, associate school of Birmingham Royal Ballet based in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
This elegant event will begin at 6pm with an exclusive canapé reception, curated by Birmingham’s most exciting new restaurant, Cylla, followed by a special performance of selected works from the school’s summer showcase from 7.00pm to 8.15pm.
Elmhurst students will perform a varied programme celebrating bold creativity and diversity in the Studio Theatre, including Dance of the Argonauts from David Bintley’s The Orpheus Suite and an excerpt from Frederick Ashton’s The Dream, alongside original works by Junior Cunningham, George Liang, Dane Bates, Marika Brussel and ACE Dance and Music, culminating in a powerful Grand Défilé.
We are delighted to offer this exciting event at £27 for members and £31.50 for guests. This includes complimentary drinks and canapés at the pre-show reception. Places are limited for this event so early booking is recommended. Please note that smart dress is requested for this event.

If you wish to upgrade your ticket and attend the full gala evening, including a post-show dinner until 10.30pm, presented in partnership with Cylla, please contact us. Tickets for the full gala evening are priced at £150 per person.
WiBA booking terms and conditions
Receipt of your booking whether by email or via Eventbrite indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee irrespective of whether you attend the event. Refunds may be requested after a booking has been made but approval of a refund will depend on whether WiBA has already committed payment to a venue. This varies from event to event. Please note that refunds are not paid on cancellations made less than 8 days before the event regardless. WiBA reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to an event.
Important notes: The booking constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond WiBA's control to change content, timings, speakers, date, or venue of an event. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of a meeting being cancelled, WiBA will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
