Whether you're looking to break a sweat, try something new, or simply enjoy a summer evening outside, Summer Fitness at the Plaza is all about finding balance through movement and community.

This week's lineup combines mindful movement, core strength, and an uplifting yoga flow to help you finish your day feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Move, breathe, and reconnect with an uplifting all-levels yoga flow designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, modifications will be offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for your body.
