This accessible, high-energy class blends movement, empowerment, and release through guided shadowboxing and mindful recovery. Participants will begin with a gentle warm-up before learning foundational boxing combinations through structured intervals paired with active recovery. Designed to be welcoming and adaptable for all experience levels, the session focuses on building confidence, coordination, and connection through movement.

The experience concludes with a grounding cool down, offering space to reset, regulate, and recharge.
