Summer Feast Beer Dinner

Executive Chef David has prepared an incredible 5-course meal focused on rustic southern cuisine and heirloom ingredients, while Co-founder Ryan Gibbons has selected the perfect 5oz beer pairing to match each dish. Join us for an unforgettable dining experience, as Chef David and Ryan team up to lead you through the history, ingredients, and inspiration behind each course and pairing.‍

We aim to keep our beer dinners relaxed, and intimate—so, space is limited to just 25 ppl. Reserve your spot before tickets sell out!

Course 1:

• Fried Cornmeal Breaded Oyster, Green Goddess, Herb Salad
• Pairing: Saginaw Golden Ale

Course 2:

• Anson Mills Farro Verde with Garden Succotash and Herbs (Vegetarian)
• Pairing: M.G. Vallejo Mexican Lager

Course 3:

• Roasted Prawn, Jimmy Red Corn Grits, Heirloom Tomato Reduction
• Pairing: Fog Bell Hazy IPA

Course 4:

• Georgia Peach & Kentucky Bourbon Glazed Smoked Pork, Hoppin John, Braised Collards
• Pairing: General Order No.99 (Fall 2022 Vintage)

Course 5:

• Banana Pudding Trifle, Chestnut Brittle
• Pairing: Farragut’s Farmhouse Ale
