Awaken your creativity with an energizing yoga + art workshop. We’ll begin with a gentle, guided yoga flow designed to stir the solar plexus chakra—the center of personal power and creative spark—so you leave feeling energized, grounded, and ready to create. After movement and breath, settle in with brushes and canvases to paint a summer-themed piece to keep and take home.

This class is welcoming to all levels—no yoga or art experience required. Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a brush for the first time, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Join us to stretch, breathe, and create in community. Spaces and yoga mats are limited—reserve your spot and bring your summer energy.
