Join a very gentle but picturesque circular walk through the Ribble Valley from the Spread Eagle at Sawley, near Clitheroe, to Bolton By Bowland and back. Follow the banks of the River Ribble, cross tributaries and becks arriving in the pretty village of Bolton By Bowland. Here we can have a brew (or something stronger) at the Coach and Horses before commencing our return.
Family, friends and dogs most welcome.
Arrive at 9.30am - hot drinks and breakfast buns available at the Spread Eagle. Set of 10.00am for a walk that should take no more than three hours. Those is wish can then take lunch at the Spread Eagle - on the banks of the river.
