The Early Learning System Initiative (ELSI) at Oregon State University is excited to offer 2 days of diving into the Practice-Based Coaching cycle through four Set 2 sessions focused on:

- Shared Goals and Action Planning
- Focused Observation
- Reflection and Feedback
