Summer Camps: Week 10 (August 31- September 4 ) New Westminster
About this Event
-----Registration Information-----
To ensure a smooth Monday morning check-in and accurate emergency contact lists for our coaches, the name on each ticket must be the child attending the camp. When prompted during checkout, please verify you are entering your camper's details for every ticket, rather than auto-filling the parent/guardian name.
-----Scheduling & Double-Booking-----
Please carefully review your cart before completing your purchase. Our registration system does not automatically flag or prevent scheduling conflicts (e.g., booking two different morning camps for the same child simultaneously). Please double-check your dates and times, as parents are responsible for ensuring their camper's schedule does not overlap prior to checkout.
-----Mandatory Registration Forms-----
- : Use the link to complete and submit this online form during registration. You can save a copy after clicking submit for your records.
- : Please use the link above and review this form with your child so they understand the behavioural expectations for our camps and programs. Once you have reviewed it, download the PDF, both you and your child initial it, then email the completed form to [email protected].
These forms are essential for participation, so please don’t skip them!
------No Bully Policy-----
Douglas College Youth Camps and programs have a strict no-bullying policy. We reserve the right to immediately remove participants who demonstrate bullying and aggression of any kind, including gender or racially insensitive behaviour and/or actions.
-----Hot Lunch Program-----
Make Summer Camp easier with our Hot Lunch Program! For just $75 (GST included), your child will enjoy a delicious meat or vegetarian hot lunch every day of camp. Each meal comes with a main dish, side, dessert, and drink. Hot lunch is served during the lunch hour break from 12pm-1pm. Campers must be on campus to receive their hot lunch by 12:30pm.
Simply add the option on your ticket purchase during check-out.
Please note:
- Menu rotates weekly and is subject to change.
- Ensure you select the same campus location for lunch as the camp you have enrolled in
-----Food Allergy & Sensitivity Notice-----
Please be aware that our kitchen is not a nut-free or allergy-free facility, and we cannot guarantee meals are free from cross-contamination. We are unable to customize meals to accommodate individual allergies, sensitivities, or specific cultural or religious dietary practices.
If your child has a severe allergy, we strongly recommend parents do not take part in the Hot Lunch program, but instead, provide food from home. We encourage parents to share any known allergies—our team will review the menu and flag potential concerns. Ultimately, parents are responsible for deciding if camp-provided meals are suitable for their child. Thank you for helping us keep all campers safe and healthy.
-----Cancellation Policy-----
In the event of low enrolment, or inability to retain a room or facility booking, Douglas College reserves the right to cancel camps. Full refunds will be issued.
