Summer Camp - Computer Science Essentialls

Computer Science Essentials is an engaging, introductory course designed to spark curiosity and build essential tech skills in teens & tweens. Students will explore the inner workings of computers and everyday electronics, master core computer science concepts like sequencing, abstraction, iteration, and encoding, and discover how software strategies apply to real-life problem-solving. They’ll also dive into how the internet works, learn to navigate it safely by identifying online dangers, and develop responsible digital citizenship. Through inspiring lessons on the roles of developers, IT specialists, designers, cybersecurity experts, and scientists, teens & tweens will gain confidence and practical knowledge to thrive in our digital world. Perfect for preparing your teen with future-ready skills they’ll actually use!
Camp sessions run from 1PM to 5PM daily and include both instruction time and free play time for gaming.
